LR3 Stereo Speaker Question

Dumb question but are you using the AUX input? My plug wasn't fully seated the other day and the left side cut out.

Right now I have the iClever Himbox plugged into my AUX output. It's bluetoothed to my phone so when the phone rings I just hit AUX on the head unit and then answer the phone. Not as clean as factory installed Bluetooth but still allows me to do hands free calling/answering.

Don't have any music on my phone right now so the drop out is when I'm listening to radio or CD's.
