Your setup looks good. What brand of bike holder is that you have?

I've only used it once so far, but it worked well. One thing I've noticed is that in order to clamp it on just the aluminum part of the crossbars, it ends up sitting fairly in-board. Add the height of the vehicle, and it becomes less than super easy to get a bike up there (although it does help that my bike is light).
I'd at least suggest mounting the bike carrier on the driver's side. That way your person is on the non-drive side of the bike when you mount it. The greasy drive train can get you if the carrier is on the passenger side.
When I get some free time, I'll be rearranging my carriers (and maybe I'll post some better pics).
