lug nuts

i am trying to get my used 2000 up to *****............i tried to remove the wheels, but all the lug nuts are frozen solid (with rust?).....help, i can't get them off

You are not trying near hard enough, they are torqued at 103 foot pounds and need a big guy, sometimes with a breaker bar, to break them loose. Make sure to you a 1 1/16th. 6 point socket and when reinstalling put a little grease on the threads.
