maf sensor/throttle position sensor

where is the maf sensor and the throttle position sensor located on a 97 range rover?

MAF is just after the air filter in the tube going to the intake... TPS will be located just to the left of the IAC... there will be 2 plugged in parts in the front of the intake, just to the left of where the intake hose connects... from right to left.. IAC then TPS.

you said just to the left of the IAC, whats the IAC, whats it do

Idle Air Control... it controls the idle and effects how the engine transitions from idle to mid range.
