D1 or D2?

I would try www.tidewaterrovers.com either way.

I have not ordered from them, but I have heard good things. They sell used stuff and New.

Its a D1

Quick question. My mechanic says he can get it running but has to keep his foot on the gas. Does that still sound like a MAF sensor? I found a used one for $125

So you don't think it is the sensor? I don't know what a stepper motor is!

I just spoke with my mechanic and I told him about the stepper motor he said, "I'll check it". I think I should of just taken it to a LR shop. This could be a mistake b/c I don't think he knows what he is doing with it.

Not to sound bad or anything, but just about any good mechanic would have thought of the stepper motor.... it is basically the same on all fuel injected vehicles, without a stepper or simialar item different name they will not idle.
