Press and hold the power button and the fan button at the same time untill it switches back to the way it should be.

This is on the A/C heat unit

That is odd, this is the only fix I know off to change to and from metric. I of course am presuming you are talking changing the and from metric on the Climate Controls...

Yeah, that's it. I held then down (a few times) for up to 30 seconds and no go.

Normally I would not tell anyone to do this, but disconnect the battery for an hour or so, then reconnect. Start the Disco and try again.

ford recomends disconnect the battery and then hit the brake pedal to take the service charge out of the system. i am not sure if it will apply to LR

hold the button with three arrows, ( the one that turns off the exterior intake ) and press power button for three or so seconds. or may be other way around but definatly those two butons
