does any one know if the Navigation system in the LR3 ('05) can be updated???

It should, I just read a couple of posts that says that there is a slot for it somewhere under the passenger seat, I am assuming you need to get this disc from your dealer, not sure if theirs is a propriety system of use technology on Garmin and such.

You can purchase updates. I have read where guys have gotten the updated programs. I would check with your dealer. Iwould be carefull with a used one. Now days that stuff is a use one time.
