quartz halogen headlights/XENON HID DRIVER

does any one have any experiances or has knowledge on . exchanging quarts halogen headlights to a xenon HID driver headlights, with out having any electrical issues ?

i was offered an OEM Xenon HID

They are supposed to be plug and play for OEM assemblies - I believe all of the ballast, etc is in the headlamp housing itself. Do a search on Xenon here and you should find a few threads on this.
