Rattle going over manhole covers and potholes - Please help

Same issue on my '06. I usually keep the 3rd row flat. I was thinking it was a design flaw, surely fixed on the LR4. Sorry to hear its not. I minimized any vibrations on the forward latch of the 3rd row seat bottoms when flat by adding some handy black electrical tape around the post sticking out from the seat. This makes for a snug fit, however, the rear part of the seat bottom still rattles over any minor bump. It's funny that the seat backs stow perfectly well with no noticeable vibration.

Oh man I also have a high-pitched rattle coming from the third row. It sounds like it is on the driver's side pillar all the way in the back. Had my 1 year service and they said they replaced some clips and fixed it

....it is definitely not fixed and driving me insane
