Rear wiper won’t turn off

I have a problem with the rear wiper as soon as I turn the ignition on it starts to wipe intermittently.
Does anyone know how I can over come this problem?
I have put my icar soft on and tried to delete the the fault but it wouldn’t let me.
Any advice?

I should add it’s a L322 2003 td6
