Hey guys, has anyone ever tried removing the "LR3" "(H)SE V8" badges on the rear of their LR3? Possibly with a hair dryer? If they come off easily, I'm thinking about going for a stealth (no text) look.

They remove like any stickered (yes, invented word) badge. Go for it.

all you have to do is use a hairdryer(don't use a heat gun) and some fishing line.
1. heat up the letter
2. work the fishing line behind it and just move down

If they don't come off cleanly, any suggestions on what would be good to remove any excess adhesive goo?

Please post a pic or provide feedback on how easy / hard it was to get the letters off. Thanks!

I hope I don't come off sounding like a girlyman, but skin so soft (avon girly product) works awesome on removing anything sticky. I swear it works.

Here are a few of pics - if you have a black one, be careful with the fishing line as it can scratch (I used a hair dryer and dental floss)
