replacing air filter

Know this has prob been answered several times on here but couldnt find it. I cant find the air filter to replace it. I know it has a pollen filter and a reg air filter but i cant find either. Thanks alot.

Air Cleaner Element

Service Repair No - 19.10.10

Removal


Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Remove the air cleaner housing cover.
Remove the 7 screws.
Remove the air cleaner element.



Installation


Clean the base of the air cleaner.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Pollen Filter

Service Repair No - 80.15.42

Removal



Open the glove compartment to the service condition. Release the glove compartment latch stops.





Remove the pollen filter housing cover.





Remove the pollen filter.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Clean the component mating faces.

Agreed. Service guidelines frequently specify disconnecting battery for many procedures. I seriously doubt the shops do it.
