Replacing tail lights with newer model

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the tail lights on my 2011 with the tail lights from the 2014 and up model? (1) Will they fit and (2) will there be any electrical rework required or is it a plug and play situation?

I have a black LR4 with the black pack and would just look so much cooler with the newer, less red tail lights!

I believe it is if your 2011 has the led tails

I recommend www.lamin-x.com for an alternative if you find the upgraded lights to be too expensive. I have done this on two other vehicles and it came out great. I need to do it to my LR4.
