Thanks for the help! Here's a screenshot of everything with ignition off and slowly depressing the accelerator....the two abs throttles seemed pretty smooth. The tps voltage is way off though (see screenshot)... in the 30s.

I just replaced my battery a few weeks before it happened...
@modesto_man I see that this issue happened to you after replacing the battery. What type of battery did you have?

It also started with me after replacing the battery. I have replaced the factory battery with AGM 95ah battery then the issue started happening after few weeks. Do you think it has something related to the battery?

Turned out that I had a damaged wire on the throttle body...it was shorting out and causing the problems. I must have slightly damaged it when I was cleaning the throttle body and it took a few months to get bad enough to short out. Take a good look at all the wires...mine are getting brittle!

I've replaced the throttle body and everything is going well now.
