RRC Hood Loose?

I think my hood bounces around more than it should on the highway. How to I adjust it so it is a little tighter? Also, it just has two bolts coming down from the hood, but no rubber or weatherstrip at all. Is this normal?

should have a rubber grommet on the bolt... sounds like they are missing.

They are missing. I guess I will try to order some online or custom make some. I also noticed the hood sits a little high where the hood attaches to the rover. Is there anyway to adjust how high the hood sits? It seems like I can only adjust how close or far away the hood is from the rover...
