Anybody here using the goodyear m/t's from a rubicon on they're d1? After browsing through the forum and talking with a guy at discount tire co. the size will fit with a little rubbing/trimming. (245/75r16) i can find these for about 500 for 5 new... or i can spend the 600 Out the Door for BFG All terrains. I think the GY's would be more bang for the buck...

that size will fit a d1 nicely. there might be a little rubbing at the rear quarter panels which can be cured with a little trimming. my experience with the mt/rs is that if its gonna be your daily driver, find something else. those tires howl on the pavement! if you get the bfg ats, youll get a quieter and smoother ride with better tread wear but you give up a little in off road capability. all this IMO of course!

Appreciate the help, either going 245/75 bfg at's or slightly cheaper yokohama at's, so i can buy them with a warantee and all that crap that discount tire does...
