We had a D4 with us and a D3 with D4 OEM LED lights...... they look a bit boy racer though....

at what point does one need a wading kit? very short term deep water crossing or more prolonged . . . does the quick dunk **** the engine?

The air intake is behind the left front wheel on UK Spec so if you get a good bow waves going the vent should stay clear. It can be over the bonnet at the front by lower than the rear bumper, due to the water moving / pushing motion.

I would only think a snorkel to be useful if stopping in high water or wading in anything over 90cms. Although the LR guide is wading to only 50cms!

Pah!, I laugh at your 50cms!

Yes, noticed both of those in the video. Looks like the D4 did well, glad to see one getting dirty.
