So I was wondering if we could start a thread on So Cal area that we can take our LR3. Day trips, over-nighters and weekend spots!! What do you all think??

i got "Californias desert byways-68 of CA's best backcountry drives". It seems pretty good but most of the trails are a little more tame than I expected or perhaps hoped for. I'm sure I will use it a lot though because the destinations seem good and the maps and directions are very easy to follow.
