Ouch, that sucks HARD! I'm just glad that no one got hurt and that there wasn't anyone in the back. I often drive with the dogs in the back, I can't imagine what would happen to them in a case like that. Then again, it looks like the cargo area is still pretty well intact.

I kind of hope, for your sake, that its totaled but it's probably not. They're just never the same after major work like that.

Glad you are O.K. I think its time to raise the driving age to 21.

Unfortunately I'd say it is not totaled as well.

Good to know you can't remove the fender flares though. Hate all the plastic. Took them off the DII.

Now that looks totaled.

I have yet to hear from State Farm on their decision. It was taken to a salvage yard, and has been sitting in the rain for 5 days. Great.

My wife had a similar experience in a BMW 3 series. Flipped it over, and walked away without a scratch. We've had one ever since.

I heard back from State Farm today. Total loss. $27400.73 + $1648.38 (6% tax) + $55 for tags. $29104.11 total payment. Not bad for a 2005 LR3 SE V8 with 61500 miles.

Time to shop.
