The next project on my Disco I is to replace the tie rod ball joints. When I checked with Atlantic British they have a set of 4 listed at 147.00. A check with DAP was 69.95 for the same set of four with one exception. DAP said that the ones they sell have a grease fitting unlike the factory replacements that I have found at other sites. Has anyone bought the set from DAP? Had any problems? I recently bought the brake switch from DAP and saved about $35 going through them. However this a big difference in price. Input needed. Thanks.

I haven't bought ball joints from them, but I have bought other stuff without issues.

Remember the grease-able versions are wonderful if you remember to grease them every oil change, otherwise they will not last long.

Thanks Joey. I guess one of the things that I have enjoyed about working on vehicles over the years is being diligent to take care of every item. I look forward to the routine maintenance issues and making sure that fittings are tight, greased, and in good condition. It is my form of therapy.
