That isn't an LR4 TSB.

I thought you were referencing the conversation with "Rover Range" where he mentions removal on L405. On the LR4, Bracket and heatshield are not removed/discarded, bracket is replaced if cracked and heat shield is reinstalled. On my L405 per TSB, bracket and heatshield can be removed/discarded. Sorry for confusion, two different trucks being discussed.

For my LR4, which did have the rattle due to crack in bracket, I found a stronger bracket on ebay, and much cheaper, and replaced per "Rover Range".

Renew bracket and install foam pads as shown.
