what are the best plugs and wires to get for a tune up.
I got a 97RR 4.6hse with 95k miles

Best is a huge opinion statement... my recommendation is:

Plugs = Cheap Champions
Wires = Maganacore

Remember this is my opinion and not the opinion of the Land Rover World Forum... hmmm I am starting to speak lawyer I think.
