Oh, I must have been mistaken above. My appologies!

I had no idea Houm was THE ******** expert in the region.

You have learned SO much in your long 1 year so far...no more running boards, no more 19" wheels with street tires and no more A-frame? What gives man? You had better be careful or else you might end up with some useful items on it before too long.

Did you get those front mud flaps yet?

I can only imagine how they will improve your abilities off road.

You don't know me so I am not sure why you feel the need to start **** with me but if you would like to meet somewhere, I'll be glad to put you in your place.

Wrong Forum guys. Back to DWEB with you both if this is your prefered conduct.

JWEST, I know you are a very talented photographer, lets see some images of the Cascade Mtns you speak of. Sounds very pretty.

:dito: I respect both Houm and Jwest's opinions... no need to get into a heated battle over it.

Houm has a similar setup that I wish to pursue, as in separate set of rims for trail and street. So any input from him is cool with me.

And Jwest, we all know that your rig can handle anything thrown at it, I mean come on look it, dear God its sick.

Anyway, so anyone have a definitive answer on "C" load range? As in explain why people can still wheel the hell outta them and not blow a tire on a LR3

I actually came downstairs this morning to erase my post from last night. It was wrong of me to say something personal like that.

...being on the west coast 'n all, I was too late.

"C" load range anyone?

I think they are just lucky to not have troubles on them. I was in Uhwarrie, NC last summer with a friend who didn't want to go alone and I cut the side of one of mine, it didn't lose air but I had it replaced just in case. I don't think those other tires without the 3 ply sidewall would have survived and I personally do not enjoy digging in mud in the rain so if that's the only reason to not go with lesser designs, then it's enough for me.

There are enough tread designs out that you don't need to go to C just for one.

Thanks but I don't actually stop to photograph myself very often though I wish I did later. I'm not into the whole "ooh, look what I put the car through" sort of thing but here's my driveway where the car sits most of the time

That's an empty excuse. You can't erase the next DAY.

Why would you lie about someone you don't even know in the first place?
It isn't a good idea to write anything in the world you will not stand behind.
