Water ingress

Hi everyone. This morning after a short drive in heavy rain, water started dripping from the overhead console where the mini-lights/convenience lights are located. There is a small hole in the console cover where it's closest to the windshield. That's where the water dripped.

Anyone seen this before? Root cause?

The root cause is the front and / or rear sunroof drain issue.

There is a tutorial/walk through with pictures on a way to cure it. You need to read it carefully and not bull your way through, or some other bits can be dislodged, etc. After my initial fix of these, I have not had another problem so far.

Do you have an original windscreen? If you had it replaced it sounds like they did not seal it correctly. Plus, I bet your sunroof drains are plugged like tlt stated...

exact same problem. Sunroof drains.. got them cleared out and all is well..
