Where to get genuine crossover pipe for LR4?

I just had crossover pipe replaced on my 2016 LR4 by local indie ar 50,000.k
He had it running to get air out of system when the new pipe ruptured. Longitudinal split.
now he can’t find a real one at his usual sources.
He has done quite a few of theses so he’s experienced.
Any suggestions where to look?

Was bored browsing the jaguar forum (same engine, after all) and came across this recent thread announcing aluminum crossover pipes.

I've never heard of the vendor, but interesting nonetheless... it does claim fitment on the LR4 SCV6

I agree. It sounds like it still had a seam which would be the old style; the only way I see the updated doing that is if it was cracked prior to install.

This might be something to look at too.

My mechanic (JLR specialist) put the EuroAmp one on my car a few months ago. So far, so good. No leaks and metal obviously won't split.

I have a used one, old style, 60K miles, from the 2016, removed in 2022, looks perfect, would highly suggest new o-rings.
No guarantees , but happy to send it to you for the cost of a USPS box.
