Congrats @Turismo Kid for completing the task and good call on PCV Valve. I'll add it to my list. Still waiting on back ordered parts to become available so I can get the parts in, and get started. Great shout out to @txfromwi. I also watched the vid multiple times - clearly took ages to put together, and Dan went through the trouble only to help others. I could not imagine taking on this project without that. Love the LR community here.

Fortunately, I already had the updated front crossover and y-pipe, and only needed to replace the O-rings. Here is the p/n for those parts.

Tacking onto the parts list from @jlglr4

Parts List
LR090630 - Redesigned “water manifold” part of front crossover
- If you ONLY need the O-Ring: LR100353 (1 required)
LR092992 - Redesigned “water pipe” (Y-pipe) part of front crossover that goes into the block
- If you ONLY need the O-Ring: LR010800 (2 required)
LR109401 - Manifold - Heater (Rear crossover pipe)
LR097165 - Water pump assembly
LR028136 - Oil cooler tube (goes on the back of water pump)
LR095895 - Thermostat Kit

Other parts if you want to replace more hoses connected to t-stat/crossover, belts
LR050855.- Lower radiator hose (includes T-stat to hose adapter and coolant temp sensor)
LR033994 - Outlet tube
LR049990 - Inlet tube
LR071040 - Supercharger drive belt (note - there appear to be two sizes with different lengths - make sure you get the correct size for your model year)
LR051263 - Serpentine belt

Here's an update on my experience...I got a 2015 65k hse lux a year ago. Did my research, knew coolant pipe is a must. For various reasons, project was pushed, but was finally ready to do the project 3 months ago. Realized parts are backordered. I kept an eye on the back ordered parts, while doing my hw on the forums and watching @txfromwi detailed video.

Also, fortunately, I kept checking coolant level. Last month coolant level dropped. I used UV lights to look for it, but couldn't find it. Took the car to local dealer just to get their opinion and quote. They said not to worry, coolant levels drop through evaporation - asked to just top it off. Parts were still hard to find, so regretfully, I topped off coolant, and checked coolant level like crazy.

Two weeks ago, coolant level dropped a lot. Immediately stopped driving and started shopping for parts. Asked for quote and dealer said rear manifold still missing till end of June. Won't even give me a quote (seemed not interested).

So I bought all parts from local dealer online (cheaper than Rover parts). Luckily, lucky 8 had 1 rear manifold, (at almost 200% than usual, talk about price gouging), so just grabbed it.

Started the project and once I got down to y-pipe, yikes. Near complete failure (see pics below). Waiting on coupler to finish the reinstallation... Hopefully I caught it just in time and no lasting damage.

We should all consider putting a camera near coolant tank and have live feed art home TV or phone background at all times

Btw, anyone have any suggestions for "while I'm in there..." replacements? I had a recurring EVAP small leak that is likely due to purge valve issue (changed gas cap already).Changing it just in case to see if I can get rid of the recurring CEL. Also replacing PCV Valve per suggestion from this post. Anything else? Spark plugs? (Currently at 75k mileage).

Hey Dan @txfromwi and @Turismo Kid , I took this pic just to share with you (see below). Thanks to Dan's through explanation, I was able to detach in less than 5 mins

But don't worry, "there was much sadness" for me too, on various other items. In particular, everything to do with rear manifold. How the heck do you all get back there? I always seem to be resting on my gut and hurting bad to try and get anything done back there.

What coupler? The aluminum piece between the two front crossover pieces? The new pipe design doesn’t use a coupler in that spot - just joins directly together. In any case, I’ve already seen reports of these later pipe designs degrading in the same spot. I think I’ll be putting aluminum in the next time around now that some third parties are making them.

That’s about it…laying right across the top of the engine, and sometimes knees on the radiator and ass in the air. Nothing fun about that rear harness.

@DiscoLR4 I would do anything supercharger related while you’re there; update the coupler and change fluid. Do the PCV, just cuz it’s easy access. I also did the thermostat while I had everything apart and the coolant drained.

Oh, meant the supercharger coupler. Doing the oil change and coupler replacement. Got Eaton brand.

Yup, that's what I'm doing. Fluid, coupler, PCV Valve, purge valve, water pump, thermostat and the coolant pipes. Any thoughts about spark plug?

Spark plugs - I haven’t done them yet, but I don’t think you really gain much by having the SC off, so I’d probably leave it unless you know they need to be changed.
