Lower fog lights
I cut the plastic end caps with a hack saw. Seemed to work well, just go slow, as to follow the line. I used the bend in the plastic for the line and cleaned the rough edge with sandpaper but I suppose a dremel would make short work of that. -

cdl lever moves but does not engage
You can see the shifter linkage from underneath. The linkage comes down from the trucks floor board and goes down to the top of the transfercase, just south of the front driveshaft. Its really hard to check that way but it can be done. Otherwise, I'd pull the console out and check it... -

Just a little update, if anyones curious. I replaced the air box with a coupler and 12" long piece of pipe with the open cone style filter at the end of that. I mounted the air sensor in the pipe and all seems well. I haven't had any problems with it thus far and no ce light. I did... -

Yeah, a separate bulb. I never knew it until I pulled the housing to upgrade to silverstars. -

The parking light is within the headlamp. I didn't figure that out until I had the truck for three months. Of course, neither worked so they were replaced. -

I've cut the tube going from the maf to the airbox. I've drilled a hole in the tubing for the sensor. I mocked it up and started the truck and all seemed well but since I can't drive the truck right now, I'll have to wait to see how it works. No CEL and I'll have to work on keepin the pipe... -

I looked at again tonight when I was mounting the resovoir and it seems like it will work. I'll just have to thread the drilled hole to accept the sensor. I'll unbolt the sensor tomorrow and get a closer look at it. -

Drive line "Slop"
Its been posted that the clunking sound while shifting into reverse is normal. I have it as well with 93k miles. My driveshafts can be slightly rotated but seems like normal. My other four wheel drives did the same. -
