Hi everyone, i'm getting this weird noise when I start and shut off my car. I don't notice it when the engine is cold. It just started happening the other day. I swung it by a local mechanic and he said it sounds like some sort of vacuum leak but i'm not sure. I sprayed some water on the belts when the car was running and when I went to shut it off the noise wasn't as loud. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here's the video:
