New Battery and alternator.
Day to day everything is fine, however, if the vehicle sits for a week the battery is dead. There must be a slow drain/short somewhere.
Did a scan and came up with a few codes that could indicate possible shorts or bad grounds.
-A bunch of them relating to the IPC (Instrumental Cluster Control Module)
U0128-00
U0159-00
U0208-00
U0214-00
U3003-16
These are all "lost communication to..." codes which could be symptoms of the dead battery rather than causes for it.
-One for each side door mirror heater output
B1163-15
B1164-15
These could be short circuits which makes them my top suspect.
Since both left and right popped codes I can assume it's the common system before it splits to left and right.
Since it happens in warm weather when they're not being used I assume it's before the switch.
Where can I find these circuits and how can I test them?
