95 HSE Electrical problems

I have a 95 HSE 4.6 and weird things have just started happening. Headlights going on and off, doors locking and unlocking, running erratically, windows not going down sometimes etc. Please help if you can!

Sounds line maybe a battery issue... low voltage could cause this problem, since everything runs off of the ECU.

I would also check the Alternator to make sure it is charging correctly.
