Disco3, could the chimes on highway be overspeed warning? And the seat memmory is key specific. So if you set the seats using one key, it won't work when using another key. That's what I found out on my car....

I'm pretty sure it's not the o/s warning, it chimes at anytime.

It snowed heavily last Friday here and it seemed like the PDC was going off due to the snow. No one was around me a few times yet the PDC was sensing something.

I'll play with the keys sometime this week and i'll let you know what happens. I know on my BMW the keys are user specific, but haven't really tried that with this vehicle.

"Lazy entry" (aka "Easy entry") causes the seat/mirror position to be tied to the key. If you don't like it, turn it off if the settings menu.

Disco3, my PDC chimes goes off at random too. I'd like to think that it is delayed reaction or interference like you said. Sometimes I just turn it off to get my peace in the traffic.

Amir, you said you found scratches when you pick up your car, you mean pick up from the service or pick up when it was new? And yes, please post pictures for cosmetic and build quality issues if possible. It will give us all a better idea of your issues. And sounds like you are not getting the service you deserve. How about taking your money elsewhere? (even though other dealers may be owned by the same guy, each still must have his sales performance rated somehow...)

I found the sratches when I picked it up brand new from the dealer. Ofcourse, i only noticed it a few days later and I am the only one who drives my car...and I will post pics of the things i noticed inside the car.
