I can't wait! It feels like christmas came early. Last week I went up to the family cabin and decided to take the service trail road. Which you could easy do in a car except for the last 4 miles which is rough riding. My front drivers side brake caliper was dragging, I smoke that brake. Yea in 2 weeks I'm going to have a Land Rover.

BTW Nwoods I like the paint job on your trim, handles and side mirrors. I think with mirrors painted makes your LR3 look sharp!

There is a good chance you right on that mustbeaudi. I believe his grandparents own a Land Rover, Jag and Porsche dealership in Houston. So he probably gets the hook up. He basically gets his business by word of mouth. If you drove by it you would never know it was a dealership. Just an office with huge ass warehouse. I don't work for him or get **** for promoting his business either. Just honest good guys that love Rovers and I thought I would pass it along to you guys. Cheers!! - Michael

Those mileage numbers are really to good. I get consistently 13.2mpg in the city (Plano, TX) and about 17-18 on the highway. 70-75mph on the highway. Lots of stop/start in town. It is a 05 HSE V8.

Perhaps you might not do this. . .but you can sleep no problem in the LR3 on a perfectly flat floor. Can't do that in the LR2 at all.

How much you wanna spend bluedog? And what state are you located? I have some friends that are highline dealers that have first dibs on all of LRNA lease returns from Texas

Do they have anything right now? Looking for something Under $24k with as low miles and many options as I can find.

Is this alarming to anybody else??? Found a really good deal on an HSE and the guy (big dealer) says there was no flood damage...

Hum....If there was flood damage I would think those plastic covers would be looking like brand new cause they would definitly be pulling them off especially the ones on the passenger side. Is that just dust or is that some oily film on the intake cover? Just by seeing how dirty it is ask them to pull the air filter. Front cover on passenger side. And check to see if it is new or not. They usually have a date stamped on the orange gasket somewhere. It is a simple way to see if the previous owner maintained it. Does it have any service records?

Engine looks cleaner than mine after running 60 down a dirt road.
