I had a code 1413 and 1415 i cleared them what are they?

They are secondary air injection fault codes, do you know how to work on that system, if not better get in touch with your mechanic.

What should i be looking for or whats the fix? eng. light 2nd time about 3,000 miles.

That is why I was saying, if you are not familiar with the SAI system a mechanic should look at it. Your pump could be fail, maybe a leak, lots of things, none of which should cause you too much of a driveabilty issues.

No, 02 sensors have nothing to do with the SAI system.
