Def 90 no start

[def 90]

95 defender 90 (gas) no start. Spark is good and no problem with air so I opened the schraeder valve on the fuel manifold while cranking. No fuel came out. I assume that the fuel pump is shot or that there is a problem with the electrical system. No previous problems. The def 90 sat for 4 days of heavy wind and rain during Irene in Vermont.
Any ideas on how to further troubleshoot?
