Still no luck with the central locking system.. Where can I test for power? Is there an ecu for this? Alarm never worked either.

Can this possibly be an alarm ECU prob?

If the alarm doesn't work either, then yes, it could very well be an alarm ECU issue... could also be someone has either added or tried to add an aftermarket alarm system.
