Thoughts on this vibration?

Starts @ 30”ish” mph under load & continues through 75 mph.

At 40 mph I apply light throttle to smooth out the vibration.

At speeds above 45, I let off the throttle to reduce the vibration.

Feels like it’s coming from the front but I’m not certain.

I hear clicks at times when taking off or stopping. Typically clicking stops by 10pm when taking off & starts around 10 mph when coasting to a stop.

Vibration increases with speed not engine RPM.

Today I’m going through the following and hope to narrow down the culprit:

1) Remove rear tires and check EPB adjustment.

2) Rotate tires to see if vibration follows

3) Inspect all drivetrain components for visual wear and tightness.

Maybe a wheel out of balance? Could be carrier bearing/ prop shaft bearing, but that usually gets worse as speed increases

I started inspecting brakes & wheel bearings. All seem good to go.

Front end has some play on passenger side from steering rack, but that was a prior issue and hasn’t worsened.

0 play in either CV up front.

Front driveshaft has 0 play.

Rear driveshaft has some play, could be due to carrier but I haven’t removed heat shield to inspect closely.

Rear CV’s have 0 play.

The bushing on the center carrier hearing isn’t separated but it is sagging considerably and there is play.

I’m guessing this is the culprit?

Ordering the JXB, hopefully it resolves the issue.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have something very similar. Vibration on acceleration, especially when slowly accelerating up hills. I will have to look for the damper as described on this thread. I just yesterday replaced the rear drive shaft and that did not resolve and recently replaced the lower control arms, it persists. I definitely feels like its coming from the front. Curious if you solved your issue.

Yeah… Sorry, not enough to go on. Vibration where? How did you surmise “vibration”. Steering? pedal? seat?
Is there a corresponding sound? Whine?
Are the tires in good shape and balanced? How are the suspension and steering components?
Is it time for a stethoscope on the driveline components?
