Got it! Used a towel to help with my grip and gave it a good yank.
Tossed it in the sink with hot water and soap. Soon enough, the water turned a lovely coffee brown and the cupholders popped right out. Cleaned everything up, and now we're good to go.
Sometimes it's the little things in life. Like getting other people's coffee grime out of your truck. Now it's time to get my own coffee grime in there.
