If anyone has idle, rev or WOT clips of their modified feel free to post them and your mods to the exhaust! I've been thinking about cutting off the mufflers at the rear, welding in a pipe in its place and leaving the upstream mufflers/resonators in place. I don't think I've heard that one on TY yet. Then if the sound sucks I could have the mufflers welded back on and try something different.
Having electric cut-outs would be sweet. I had one on my Camaro SS LS1 V8 6speed manual that bypassed the one and only muffler so it was essentially just the cat toning down the noise. It sounded mean asf, like a race car when up against a jersey barrier on the freeway, race track or in a tunnel. But doing that with design of the LR4 exhaust would put the cut-out way upstream because there are so many mufflers/silencers to quiet the exhaust and I'm afraid it would sound like someone stole my cats.
