Fog Light problem

I have fixed one problem and now onto the next... I have an 02 Disco II with factory off-road/fog lights mounted on a factory push bar up front. They are large, 8 or 10 inch lights, maybe only 6, they are large though and they do not work. The switch on the dash is labeled with a little light and the number 2 inside. When I push the button they do not come on. There is a little light on the button that does not on. Where is the fuse, anyone please help.

Check under the steering column as this is were most of the fuses are located.

Try turning them on when your headlights are on low beam.
