Has anyone removed / replaced their front driveshaft (propshaft) from the t-case to the front diff? Mines clicking and worn.

I got under the Rover and can’t figure out what needs to be removed to do the job.

There's a section in the workshop manual that describes the sequence and torques and so forth. The shaft seems to be telescoping, so you undo the CV joints at either end, compress to release from the diff, then remove from the transfer case. The transmission cross member is documented as needing to come out, along with the transmission heat shield. Bolts are torque-to-yield, so must be replaced.

It's really worth the time looking for the workshop manual if you don't have it, lots of good information in it. I found copies in somebody's Google drive or OneDrive, I think linked from this site but maybe it was another enthusiast site. I think you can pay for a one day subscription and download the official one (perhaps in pieces). There's also a PDF full of wiring diagrams.

I do wish that after a certain age manufacturers would just make that stuff freely available.

There’s a popping or clicking noise as I accelerate or decelerate. Also feel vibration from 50-60 mph

Can you please share more details on your truck‘s symptoms? How many miles?
185k miles and there’s a popping / clicking noise when under load either accelerating or decelerating. Drivetrain vibration around 50-55 mph
