...you might have to bite another bullet and get smaller rims.

Of course, if there were only smaller rims, but there aren't with the right specs/offset. And the 18" rims don't offer much better in terms of offroad tire choice.

I don't see a tire for either 18 or 19" on Nokian's site... for a tire close to the proper 18" fitment, the specs are TBA. SOunds like it's not yet in production.
