Hi all.
Newbie here. Both to the forum and the car.
I'm super excited driving LR4, which I bought late 2012.
Since being a kid I always dreamt about having one car only: The Land Rover Discovery. Growing up in Scandinavia I was watching TV shows from Germany where land lords/ranchers were the "richies" driving LRs.
Not that I dreamt about being rich or the like but there was something unique and classic fantastic about the LR.
So, I finally at age 42 jumped to it. The damn thing is just as heavy, outdated technology and brilliant as I wanted it to be. I didn't even bother with a test drive and I have never sat in one before. I just wanted it.
Now I wish I could afford to add a Defender to the garage
Cheers to you all!
Martin
