The only issue I've seen that might be motor mount related is one side of the engine is closer to the fender than the other. I couldn't remove the rubber protection piece that goes along the valve cover/head on the passenger side for the life of me. I didn't go agro on it because I didn't want to go through the pain to put it back. If I did remove the rubber cover I think I'd need to jack one side of the engine up to try to rotate it to the other side to gain space.
