Installed the tail light guards and need some help! ("screwed" up)

So, you need longer screws to install the lamp guards on the inner portion so they go through the lamp guard as well as the light housing. Dumba$$ me used too long of a screw and now I can't get them out. I'm afraid to just yank them out since it will surely pull out the grommet that was installed in the truck originally. I'm hoping that it's easy to replace that grommet but didn't want to try before someone who knows more than me can chime in. TIA! BTW, these look awesome on a black truck. Wish they still made the front lamp guards but it appears for some reason they don't...

Or if someone can point me to the tail light diagram I can at least find a part number...
