Leaving car on jack stands

Is it safe to leave the lr3 on jack stands for 3-4 days while my wheels are sent off for powder coating?

I couldn't say for sure, because the a-arm assembly will be pulling down. If you're worried, set the truck down on some blocks of wood just enough to compress the suspension an inch or so.
