LR2 Off road?

I am giving my 2006 LR3, 82,000 miles to my son so I will still have a heavy duty off road vehicle. How well does the LR 2 do off road? I am worried about the low ground clearance.
Thoughts?

It's pretty capable, the biggest drawback is probably the tires. Yeah the approach angle/etc is not as amazing as the lr3, but still pretty darn good.
