(If anyone has any tips on how to post an mp4 (or other format), please let me know)
My LR4 (Canadian spec) has 175,000 km on it. I have never had any codes related to timing, but did have an intermittent ticking sound that was coming from a cam adjuster. I love my LR4 and plan on keeping it forever so went ahead and had the full timing chain/updated tensioner service completed, along with all 4 camshaft adjusters. The timing chains that came out showed some stretching. Other items such as water pump, alternator and more were done at the same time.
While the intermittent ticking sound is gone, it does seem to be somewhat noisy...especially when listening from the Driver's side wheel well.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Also, any suggestions on how to easily attach a video to this post?
