LR4 Tail light wiring help

Hello!
So I installed a Tactical Rovers rear Jerry can swing out and the license plate relocation light. I thought I did it correctly as I found 4 black wires that seemed to go to the rear led tail lights and spliced into those. The new light works as it should, on with the headlights BUT my rear driver’s turn signal now freaks out. I get the double speed flash in the truck and no light in the rear but occasionally it self corrects. Any advice? Should I tap into other wires?

My truck is at the shop for 7-10 more days getting a front locker installed.

If no one hooks you up before then, I will pull a taillight and post a pic of which wires mine is connected to. It works normally on mine.
