Is the lean code correct? Based on the repairs you indicated you are getting unregulated air into the cylinder and the computer is not pushing more fuel into the cylinders because it is not seeing the air come into the cylinders across the maf. No air across the maf and the engine shuts down becuase the injectors are not told to inject more fuel. So where is the air leaking in? Cover up the maf/air intake and see if it still runs and see if it continues to run. This will tell you if you are sucking air not going across the maf.

Sorry for the delay in response
When I cover up the air intake next to the MAF the engine almost dies.
So that would mean that the MAF is fine, correct?
