No fuel to engine?

Last night i was driving around and stoped to get some dinner. My 95' discovery has benn running very well and when i was done with dinner i started the car and it went for a second i think or maybe not. the car wouldnt start back up. You can here the starter and everythign working(not so sure if i can hear the fuel pump). i had my friend tow me home and now i am stuck. should i just bring it to the dealer some how or has this ever happened to anybody else? thanks

have someone else turn the key to the on position. have your ear to the floor of the cargo area. If you don't hear the fuel pump, it is either the relay or the pump.

If you hear the pump, but are getting nothing, then I would try to pump the throttle while trying to start....

ignition coil

thanks, i figured it out and it was the ignition coil, it wasnt giving enough power out. Does anybody know where i can get one for cheap because i had to take the one of my dads 94 disco that is getting a new engine. thanks again
